“All those who want to transform their sexuality into art must first heal the shame and embarrassment that surround their bodies, genitalia, and arousal. Have you ever seen a
painter who is ashamed of his brush? A musician ashamed of her instruments? A poet
ashamed of his words?” – Ohad Ezrahi, ISTA Lead Faculty
Welcome to the 6 th ISTA Festival in Israel!
What is ISTA?
ISTA stands for the International School of Temple Arts, an international mystery school that
is reviving the temple arts and offering spiritual transmission through sexual shamanism.
All around the world, ISTA offers 1-week seminars, conferences, and festivals connecting
consciousness and sexuality and creates a global network of communities.
This year’s festival will be especially rich because it occurs directly before it the annual gathering of all ISTA teachers and organizers from around the world. This means that most
of the people who will facilitate and teach at the festival are international ISTA faculty and other leaders of the global conscious sexuality movement. We are moved and excited as we
look forward to this powerful gathering.
We are excited to invite you to join us for 4 full days from 12-15 September:
A long-weekend of workshops, lectures, parties, live music shows, temples and meaningful community experiences.
Come celebrate, explore, learn, grow, laugh, and cry. Come remember…
The festival is open to anyone and everyone who is interested in conscious sexuality, beginners and veterans alike.

This is an individual process that happens in a group environment and a level of ability to be self responsible is needed to navigate the spiritual sexual shamanic space. ISTA is a mystery school and approaches trauma from the shamanic perspective of connecting with the body and soul. We recommend that if there is known deep seated trauma, individuals seek one on one sessions and get the ok from their therapist before entering the group process
