Co-Creating New Paradigm Relationships
January 19, 2017 @ 9:30 am - 5:00 pmQ500
This is an amazing time to rewrite the love story we have been handed from our society that leads to co-dependency and step into transformational partnerships in all areas of our lives – relationships that are genuinely supportive of and committed to growth.
What are you seeking from your relationships? Join us for an honest exploration of our fears and desires, discussion of sacred sexual pathways, and how to move from break-down to break-through in intimate relating. We will spend time practicing emotional and communication empowerment tools you can use in any relationship situation that deepen intimacy, authenticity and personal empowerment.
Are you afraid to connect at all? Has your heart become armoured from relationship wounds? Is fear causing you to forget your dreams, contract or control life? Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships? Do you struggle to express your needs and boundaries? Are you addicted to or in fear of relationship dramas and intensities?
For many of us, our relationships offer us the most intense and powerful chances to grow, heal and surrender to the transformational nature of love. Whether you are in relationship or not, this one-day workshop will empower you to live love as a journey rather than a destination.
Topics covered – conscious relationship frames; identifying and liberation from cultural and religious shame programming; core wounding, the nature of projection, emotional manipulation, identifying and owning desires, empowered communication, having difficult conversations, sacred sexual pathways – celibacy, monogamy and polyamory, healing the heart.
Facilitated by Founder of The Sanctuary in Guatemala, Araminta Barbour – an International Schools of Temple Arts (ISTA) faculty member and a teacher with the Institute of Conscious Sensuality in Hawaii.
Araminta’s core passion is the process of radical self-acceptance – the inner marriage of love with power. She is here to support the return of ancient temple wisdom and practices for humanity’s evolution as liberated, heart-centred creators.
Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, The Sanctuary provides a comfortable private space for group transformational events and retreats.
